• Local SF content (hospitality, neighborhood guides, tourism)

These niches are not accepted under any circumstances:

• Vaping
• Loans or “get rich quick” niches (this does not include credit cards)
• Medical, pharmaceutical, supplements
• Adult content
• Gambling or casino
• CBD, kratom, or related products
• Any product or service that conflicts with my editorial integrity

We maintain full editorial control over all content published on my site.

We may rewrite, edit, shorten, reorganize, add or remove sections, change titles, and adjust SEO structure at my discretion.

We do not publish unedited submissions.

We do not guarantee permanent placement; posts may be updated or removed at any time if quality standards change.

Minimum word count: 1,500 words. We do not accept anything shorter.

Minimum 3 original, high-quality images. Stock photos are not accepted unless pre-approved by us. All images must be properly licensed and credited.

Required article structure:

• At least 4 substantive sections with clear headings
• Each section must be at least 200 words
• Conclusion or summary paragraph

Maximum 2 outbound links per post: one to your primary site and one optional supporting link.
